NJSBA is pleased to announce Anthony "Skip" Cimino as the keynote speaker for the Leadership Conference.
Cimino served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 1988-1992 as a representative of the 14th Legislative District. Some of his most notable bills signed into law include the nation's first bicycle helmet law, requiring children under 14 to wear helmets while riding. He also signed the School Ethics Act, creating the School Board Ethics Commission.
Anthony held leadership positions on various committees during his years of service. He served as Chairman of the Subcommittee on School Intervention, Chairman of the State Operations and Personnel Committee, Vice Chairman of the State Government Committee, and more.
With his decades of experience, along with being a Mercer County Freeholder and a member of Hamilton Township's Board of Education, Cimino has an extensive knowledge of leadership in both governance and education.
