Leaders are responsible for ensuring strong positive team dynamics and assimilating new team members is critical to that success.  In this session, we will discuss the importance of a strong onboarding and orientation program designed to make new board members feel welcome and a part of a productive board team.  Please join us as we provide information and food for thought that will provide you with ideas to help effectively bring on new board members and make your board team more effective and focused on your mission of student achievement.
