Mike Ritzius is the staff liaison for the New Jersey Collaborative State Partnership (NJ CSP)– a joint venture between the New Jersey School Boards Association, the New Jersey Association of School Administrators, the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association, and the New Jersey Education Association. It is the aspiration of the NJ CSP to restore schools as centers of community through collaborative practice.
Prior to this current role, Mike has served as an Associate Director of Professional Development, a New Jersey high school science teacher, a local leader, and a co-founder of the Edcamp Foundation - an educational nonprofit dedicated to educator professional learning. He has a Master's in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University and a Master’s of Science in Strategic Design and Management from The New School.
Mike lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Diana, and their dog, Rovi. He likes to spend his time renovating their very old rowhome, cooking for groups of friends, and adventuring in the woods.
