Senior Director, Connection
Lauren’s career in marketing and business development spans three decades, including roles in education, healthcare, entertainment, and banking.
Since joining the New Jersey School Board Association (NJSBA), she has served in several roles, including Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, Communications, and IT, and Lead Director of Strategic Development. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Connection overseeing multiple key NJSBA functions including business development, sales, marketing, information technology, member support, graphics, and NJSBA’s award-winning annual Workshop conference, the largest training and trade show event for school officials in New Jersey.
Believing in the power of people, Lauren prioritizes team development and mentorship, while cultivating strong collaborative relationships. In 2024, Lauren and a colleague launched NJSBA’s first Women’s Leadership Conference with the hopes of creating an experience where women could inspire, motivate, and learn from one another. Now in its third year, NJSBA’s Women’s Leadership Conference is NJSBA’s 2nd most popular event after the annual Workshop conference.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys reading, spending as much time as possible outside with her son and husband, and watching 80s comedies with her dog, Smalls.
