Integrity Health establishes and manages innovative fully integrated healthcare facilities called Partnership Health Centers (PHCs), which provide superior coordinated care while driving down the cost of healthcare. We establish PHCs for employees and dependents of counties, school districts, municipalities, and other government entities. We also work with occupational groups like first responders and trade unions to establish customized PHCs for their members.
