Christopher Sedefian is a Senior Associate attorney at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, where he represents and advises numerous boards of education throughout the State of New Jersey on various issues, including personnel matters, labor issues, student rights, H.I.B., constitutional law, and compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act and the Open Public Records Act. He attends board meetings and represents clients in matters before the New Jersey Superior Court, Office of Administrative Law, Public Employment Relations Commission, American Arbitration Association, and the Division on Civil Rights. Chris earned his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law.
