My passion for working with children has always been clear, leading me to pursue a career in occupational therapy. In college, I met Janki, and we instantly bonded over our shared aspirations. After graduation, we stayed close and eventually decided to launch Jump Ahead together.

As my family grew, I took a leap of faith with Janki to start this venture, learning from past experiences in therapy roles. With the support of fellow professionals, we built something meaningful.

While my children are my top priority, my husband has been a constant source of support throughout this journey. Seven years later, Jump Ahead has far exceeded our expectations, and I'm proud of the impact we've made on both our team and the children we serve. I believe in giving back and living with purpose.
