Donna began her career in the insurance industry at WTW over 38 years ago. She currently serves as a Senior Client Manager, based in the Northeast. For the past 20 years, her area of expertise has been in the public sector.

Donna believes in taking her time to understand the needs of her clients. She is responsible for overall service delivery to our public sector clients, including: schools, boards of education, municipalities and authorities. Donna delivers a highly collaborative client experience. Her focus is on bringing specific industry and analytical resources to support the client’s unique risk management and financial goals. She has strong ties with carriers that enable her to provide the most favorable coverages, terms and pricing at each renewal.

Donna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Kean University and is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance. She holds both Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Professional Service Representative (CPSR) professional designations.
