Justin Wright serves as a Field Service Representative and Search Consultant, currently supporting boards of education in Burlington and Ocean Counties. A lifelong educator, Justin has dedicated his career to serving others through a wide range of impactful roles in both education and community leadership. After earning his Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers-Camden, Justin began his 13-year journey in public education, teaching at both the high school and middle school levels. He later transitioned into faith-based community leadership, serving for seven years as the pastor and director of children’s and youth programs at his local church. In this capacity, he nurtured the growth of young people, supported families, and led hundreds of volunteers. Justin also spent seven years as a board member in Westampton Township, including three years as Vice President and three years as President. In his leadership roles, he built trust with staff and stakeholders and consistently fostered collaboration and consensus among board members. Known for his thoughtful, people-first leadership style, Justin brings passion, experience, and strategic insight to his work. He is a recent addition to the NJSBA team, having joined the organization six months ago.
