Before joining Tri‑State Energy, Cindi worked with Pearl Street LED, Lime Energy, and VanguardEnergy Solutions, where she supported energy efficiency and building services initiatives for educational, municipal, and nonprofit facilities. Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with school administrators, facility managers, engineers, architects, utilities, and contractors to identify eligible projects, coordinate audits, develop incentive‑supported proposals, and guide projects from initial planning through implementation.
