Dr. Rebecca Kipp-Newbold currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for the West Morris Regional School District. She serves as a Master Board Member for the Califon Public School. Her New Jersey School Board task force work includes serving on the Committee on Educational Opportunities for the Career-Focused Learner. She is a national staff developer with a focus on increasing literacy skills throughout a learner’s experience, from preschool through their college or career-bound path. She has an earned doctorate from Lehigh University, with a research focus centered on the impact of arts education on student interest in the arts.
