New Jersey Inclusive Education Technical Assistance Project aims to provide support through free professional development, coaching and consultation to districts concerning inclusive education topics and practices. NJIETA is comprised of the Montclair State University Center for Autism and Early Childhood Mental Health, the New Jersey Department of Education’s Office of Special Education and the New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Education. The trio is collaborating to provide public, charter and vocational schools with technical assistance and facilitating systemic change to create more inclusive educational opportunities.
