Rm. 117: This session will explore the benefits of having women serve a role in making decisions, shaping policies and perspectives, and allocating resources. Participants will discuss some of the obstacles to seeking and winning elective office, strategies to overcome those challenges and the personal satisfaction that comes with having a seat at the table.
