Rm. 116: This session will empower women leaders in K-12 education to own their unique talents, overcome barriers and confidently advocate for themselves and others. Participants will explore strategies for assertive communication, navigating challenges, and building influence. Through reflection, role-playing and action planning, they will leave with practical tools and a personal Courage Pledge to amplify their leadership impact and strengthen education for all students.
