Patty Fragioudakis oversees all of Maschio's operations and is instrumental in fostering relationships with clients.

Patty has a diverse background in the food service and hospitality industry, starting as an intern and working their way up to Director of Operations at Maschio's Food Services, Inc. Patty has experience in sales, catering, event management, administrative tasks, and customer communication. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Montclair State University.
