Cara Bayer is the Supervisor of Special Education and Student Support Services and Coordinator of Region III at Northern Valley Regional High School District. With a diverse background in special education and district leadership, she also teaches at Ramapo College. She enjoys exploring new places, learning, and spending time with her daughter and two dogs.
