Anthony joined Maschio’s Food Services in June 2022 and is currently the supervisor for St. Joseph Regional High School and Destin High School. Based at the company’s corporate headquarters in New Jersey, he assists with budgets and reporting, and provides support to all of Maschio’s Florida clients. Anthony also offers team and personal training, as well as nutrition coaching. He resides in Somerset County and enjoys cooking, working out, fishing, and reading.
