After spending 20 years as a board of education member in Morris county, Matt Lee has been the field service representative for the New Jersey School Boards Association in Bergen County for 7-1/2 years. He has developed and presented programs for NJSBA’s various board member development venues on board culture, committees, and key governance concepts and practices.

Matt has a degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey and spent 27 years in a number of leadership roles in Scientific, Technical and Medical (STM) publishing and marketing.
