Tim and the team have created proven prescription benefit programs that specifically address the circumstances unique to school districts in NJ.

His extensive track record of leading cross-functional, multi-national teams, allows him to focus on creating significant value for BMR’s clients, stakeholders and partners while delivering on aggressive objectives to help them achieve more, with less spend. He has leveraged these skills to lead BMR’s team in their focus on serving clients in the PBM and related healthcare space.

Tim and the team have an outstanding record of solving prescription benefit and healthcare challenges in an evolving regulatory environment. Tim has successfully led teams that have increased revenue for their clients, improved benefit performance and managed organizations through growth, regulation and change. He has founded many organizations serving diverse markets and constituents, including a government services firm (which consummated one of the largest real estate transactions on an Army base), and several firms in the healthcare and related technology space.

Born and raised in NJ, Tim holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing & Management from Montclair University, and is a recipient of the Secretary of the Army Public Service Award. He and his family reside in NJ, their children attend public school and a State College.
