“Leading Through Chaos”, a special presentation presented by the Marine Corps, in partnership with the New Jersey School Boards Association, will examine why organizations need leaders at all levels to respond to stress and chaotic situations. Developing strong leaders is essential to predict, plan, and clearly task within an organization as it faces challenges.

The program seeks to drive organizational leadership development in order to foster a purpose, objective, and decision-making criteria. Doing so creates a focused culture motivated toward a common outcome that continues to develop strong leaders.
