Description

Participants will learn how to use the Johari Window and FIRO Theory to build trust in a group. The Johari Window is a model that helps individuals understand personal and group bias and how they impact relationships. The FIRO Theory focuses on three interpersonal needs: inclusion, control, and affection. Participants will learn to use these models to better understand their own needs and the needs of others. They will learn to create an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and respectful to build trust and enhance collaboration in a group setting.
