Lindsay is the director of district partnerships for South/Central New Jersey. In this role, she partners with districts, enhancing their mental health offerings dependent on their needs. Before her role at ESS, she worked with K-12 school districts for 15 years, focusing on relationship building and needs analyses. She has her master's degree in psychology from the New School of Social Research, with a focus on eating disorders and body image, and is genuinely thankful that her career has come full circle - still working with the people she loves in education and focusing on her passion of mental health.
