Dr. Bandlow has a deep and broad expertise in educational initiatives, having turned around underperforming schools in both urban, rural, and suburban school districts. Her commitment to the success of all students and public education, has been evident throughout her career. She has served in public education for 37 years as a teacher, assistant principal, elementary and middle school principal and school superintendent in both New York and New Jersey. In addition, she has worked alongside outstanding board members who have advanced their districts. She now serves NJSBA as the Field Service Representative for Camden and Gloucester Counties.
