The Educational Leadership Foundation of New Jersey assists the New Jersey School Boards Association in fulfilling its mission to advance public education by securing resources to support school board professional development.

NJSBA offers training close to home through its 21 county school boards associations. Each county hosts events throughout the year on topics of interest, including school finance, school technology, STEM, sustainability, school safety, policy, governance, procurement issues, labor relations, and more. In addition to providing training, county events afford board members opportunities to network with local colleagues. All county programs offer Board Member Academy credit.

As a nonprofit 501c(3), ELFNJ relies on the funding of contributors and grants to help support more than 100 NJSBA training programs annually.
