William Listanski graduated from the University of Scranton in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in secondary education social studies and political science. William then began his professional career with ChanceLight in August of 2006 as a teacher at an Ombudsman center in Pennsylvania. Over the next several years, William was promoted to Center Director, Training Specialist and Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, William supervised all Ombudsman programs in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Ohio and Pennsylvania. He developed and nurtured strong relationships with school district partners and led a significant expansion of services in Ohio. In 2010, William was awarded the company-wide Customer Services Award.

William was promoted to the role of Vice President of Business Development, which he currently still holds. William has worked over the past 9 years to significantly develop and expand ChanceLight's alternative and special education services and programs. William's work on the Business Development team has led to the creation of 20 new programs and the expansion of 7 programs. He has also started partnerships with over 30 new districts across 5 states. He continues to find new and innovative ways to meet the needs of districts and create successful programs for their students.
