John J. Burns is a graduate of Widener University School of Law. Mr. Burns has been with the New Jersey School Boards Association since 1999. In his role as Counsel, Mr. Burns represents NJSBA’s interests not only in the court house, but also the state house. Prior to joining NJSBA, Mr. Burns completed a clerkship with the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County, with the Honorable Charles A. Delehey, J.S.C. Mr. Burns is a frequent presenter at NJSBA conferences and is a contributing author to many of its publications.
