This empowering one-day event aims to uplift leaders offering training sessions and connection opportunities to help you strengthen your resilience, confidence, communication skills, and more. Bring your biggest challenges and we will solve them together!

We have partnered with Dress for Success Central NJ (DFSCNJ) to host a clothing drive at our upcoming Women’s Leadership Conference! Dress for Success strives to help unemployed and underemployed women achieve economic independence by providing no-fee programs, development tools and professional attire to thrive in work and in life. All DFSCNJ services are provided free of charge to their clients who are referred by nonprofit organizations, including domestic violence agencies, homeless shelters and job training programs. Please consider bringing a gently worn, ready-to-wear donation. DFSCNJ will be onsite to collect donations and share information about their services.
